This case study examines the successful partnership between a national emergency management planning provider, hereinafter referred to as “the client,” and Maxtstaff.co, a company specializing in overseas staffing solutions. The client faced challenges in meeting the uneven demand for evacuation diagrams while adhering to Australian Standards and competing with local firms on pricing. Maxtstaff proposed a solution that involved setting up and training a dedicated team of designers overseas, resulting in significant cost savings, increased efficiency, and improved turnaround time.
